Rendering and Landscape Design for WillBe

WillBe asked us to work on their outdoor spaces. The goal was to design something functional, modern, and sustainable while keeping the overall look of the project in mind.

We prepared 3D renderings so the team could see the plans before anything was built. Every element was clear—plants, paths, seating, and hardscape details. This made decisions faster and reduced guesswork.

The design itself was about balance: practical areas for walking and sitting, green zones for relaxation, and a layout that fits the architecture. We focused on drought-tolerant plants, permeable paving, and efficient lighting to cut water and energy use.

The result is a set of outdoor areas that look good, work well, and are easier to maintain. The project now has spaces that people can use every day while also supporting a sustainable approach. These improvements also added long-term value to the property and made the overall environment more welcoming for both residents and visitors.
